I have driven by this cupcake place several times but I haven't stopped there until recently. I will admit that cupcakes are not my favorite thing to make because they are tricky. If you bake them too long they are dry and you have to have just the right ratio of cupcake to frosting. I decided to stop there one day after I had taken the kids to get their flu shots and I promised them a little treat. I ended up buying a dozen variety because of course I had to try as many as possible...well that was a bad idea! Since, I have been back 2 or 3 times to just pick up a quick dozen and devour them in a weekend...(yes sad I know) This place makes the best cupcakes that I have ever had hands down! I have tried a couple in Spokane and Sweet Frostings is the best! There are so many yummy flavors but the best in Chris and mine opinion is the salted caramel. Seriously they are the best. She makes them in Chocolate and white and I could eat a whole dozen of them. Some of the other delicious ones are: Tiger tail, chocolate decadence, carrot, strawberry champagne, lemon blueberry...the list goes on and on. Good luck getting out of there without a dozen but they are SO worth it!!!

I adore that bakery. I have gotten in major trouble there, I won't say how many I've eaten in one day. Lemon blueberry, orange, and hummingbirds are my faves. Yum! Now I'm hungry...
